Payment Options:
For the UK & International orders Nicola De Cruz accepts payment by Paypal, Cheques (sterling) and Bank Transfers (sender to cover all bank charges).
All orders must be paid in full in advance.

Dispatching items to Customers:
Due to the hand finished details and fine quality materials it takes to make each accessories, it may take between 2-4 weeks to complete your order before it can be shipped out to you. We will make every effort to get the bag/s out to you as quickly as possible and if you need an item for a particular event please let us know so we can post accordingly.
Occasionally we can accommodate rush orders but this depends on the time of the year and the size of the order.

UK Delivery Charges for customer orders:
Free UK delivery when paying with Paypal, Cheque or Bank Transfer. Once item(s) are posted it will take 1-3 working days for UK delivery. (Most orders will require a signature on receipt.
Nicola De Cruz packages every item to a high standard. Nicola De Cruz does not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

International Delivery Charges for customer orders:
Prices do not include delivery- all delivery to be paid for by the customer. Delivery costs: Subject to weight (sent first class recorded signed for). Europe & the rest of the world delivery: Cost subject to weight and packaging. We deliver to worldwide destinations outside the UK by recorded Airmail. (Orders require a signature on receipt) Once item(s) are posted it will 4-8 working days for delivery in Europe and 8-14 working days for delivery to the rest of the world.
Nicola De Cruz will only accept international orders if you are able to use the stated payment methods. Nicola De Cruz packages every item to a high standard. We can not be held responsible for negligence or improper use on the part of the courier companies.

Returns & Exchanges:
Nicola De Cruz will accept goods back for a full refund/credit note within 7 days from the date
purchased, providing they are in original condition. Faulty goods must be returned within 28 days of the date items have been received. Once the refund has been agreed it will be issued immediately. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us. When returning items you are recommended to obtain proof of posting.
Nicola De Cruz does not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, Nicola De Cruz will arrange for a refund/exchange. Nicola De Cruz's decision is final.

Legal Rights:
No order is binding until we have accepted it. All goods supplied by Nicola De Cruz remain our property until all outstanding payments are made in full.

Resale:
Nicola De Cruz is the sole supplier of Nicola De Cruz accessories.

Colours & Measurements:
All accessories are individually made therefore colour tones, textures of leathers and measurements may vary slightly.

Your online privacy and security are our top priority. No information you submit will be shared with third parties without your consent.
Wholesale Orders only:

Minimum order value: £100+. For a wholesale price list contact us at info@nicoladecruz.com and state your name, contact details and shop/gallery name. Orders to be made and settled via an invoice. Invoice to be paid in full before order is dispatched. If there are any issues with your order please inform us within 48hrs of delivery.
